Return and Refund Policy

Personalized and Embroidered Products:

As a customer of it's sew juju, llc., is to provide you with the best products and the highest quality thread, and supplies, to ensure a beautiful and secure design to last for years and years to come.  A true keepsake!  

Your purchase means the world to me, and I appreciate the trust you have in me as I create the personalized gift you designed for someone special in your life.  Prior to any embroidering on the product of your choice, I will send you a proof of the design for approval.  Once I receive the approval I will confirm I received it.

All embroidered products go through a thorough quality control process before shipping to the designated address you provide.  Therefore, once you approve everything and I confirm all personalization areas are of high quality, I will not be able to issue any refunds for personalized products ordered.  Thank you for your understanding. 

Non-Personalized Items:   Here at it's sew juju, llc., we have a 10-day return policy on all non-personalized products ordered.  Please let me know why you are wanting a refund and send a picture of the product to be returned to julie@itssewjuju.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

To qualify for a refund of a non-personalized product, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt of sale or proof of purchase.  If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.  Once I receive the product and it is in the same condition as sent to you, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at julie@itssewjuju.com.

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer and it's sew juju, llc., is not responsible for the cost incurred for return shipping.  

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please take a picture and send it to me at julie@itssewjuju.com for evaluation.  Thank you. 

Gift CardsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
